Moos Blom started his career as a real estate agent and building inspector and quickly developed into a specialist in commercial real estate and financing structures. With a background in both construction engineering and transaction advisory services, he brings a unique combination of technical and commercial expertise.

His strength lies in quickly grasping complex projects, identifying financing strategies that others overlook, and connecting the right parties. Active nationally and internationally, with a network stretching from Amsterdam to Dubai.

Robert Boere

Robert Boere has over eight years of experience as an Account Manager in the international IT sector, operating at C-level for leading corporations. In that role, he specialized in strategic negotiations, structuring complex transactions, and building lasting relationships at the executive level.

Six years ago, he shifted his focus to the real estate sector, where he built his own portfolio of seven properties. His commercial discipline, combined with direct experience as an investor, enables him to approach financing issues from the perspective of all parties involved. Robert guides clients in structuring financing and closing transactions with maximum value creation as the guiding principle.
